We incorporate functional strength & conditioning through a variety of exercise methods. We don't solely rely on machines, we employ high intensity training, strength training and conditioning to help each individual reach their goals. Our members become stronger, faster and more energized by seeing improvements in their self-image and self-esteem.

Hey, I'm Rob!
Being a former collegiate athlete I have always had the dream of making a positive impact in the health and wellness for others. This is where Level Up Fitness became what it is today. I graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in Exercise Physiology and competed in college baseball as their catcher for 4-years.
My goal as an owner is to create an atmosphere where all Levels of fitness can be under the same roof. Whether you're an elite athlete, or general population just trying to stay in shape. There is a place here for you to become better, create a healthier lifestyle for yourself, and have better performance on the field. When you walk through these doors you will feel welcomed, valued, and motivated. I will push you to your limits and we will exceed those limits together, because its extremely important to test ourselves each and every day.
