But the gradual way in which Rob & coaches introduced me to strength training was key. This past year the workouts have been all based on my ability to do what I can at that moment. And I've seen such gradual improvement it's crazy! Even my face / especially my face - changed! My goal was to look good at my daughter's wedding and be able to dance till 4am - and I did it!! I had such a good time knowing I looked and felt so good. We were the last ones on the dance floor at 4:30am! And it was all possible because of the time I spent in this gym with you all!
